This is a one off process for those who have not yet used the new system
Short readmission
This short readmission process is for registrants who lapse and are rejoining the Register within one month
Certifying your documents
Copies of your documents must be correctly certified by a person of standing in the community
Submitting your application
When you’ve filled in all your information, the ‘submit’ button will appear

You can use your online account to request that your name is changed on the HCPC Register
